is a Southern California native, a freelance writer, and small business owner living in Seattle, Washington.
After graduating from a Pastry and Specialty Baking program in Seattle in the spring of 2012, she went on to receive her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management from New England Culinary Institute in March of 2014.
Brianna has been part of a team at numerous bakeries throughout California, Washington and Montana, specializing in Artisan Breads and French Pastry. With over seven years of experience in the culinary world, she has been a head baker, ran a kitchen as an ice cream maker and catered numerous weddings.
She is currently working on multiple books and brings her passion of writing and extensive knowledge of all-things-culinary together in her blogs.
